I’ve been going to Glossop Phones & Vapes for years to buy my phones, screen protectors, and even laptops. Whenever I need help with anything technical or using a computer, they’re always happy to help. Their customer service is outstanding – friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and never make you feel like you’re asking too many questions. It’s rare to find a local business that genuinely cares about its customers. They really are an absolute gem in Glossop, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest advice, great products, and excellent service. ~ Nilufer L

I took my mums iPad in to get fixed. Glossop phones went above and beyond to help us. Due to some very difficult family circumstances going on, it was just another headache we needed to sort it with limited time available. I don’t live locally anymore, but after I had left, they helped my mum with anything she needed to get her iPad sorted, were really kind and so, so helpful. Brought my phone in for a cracked screen on the side of my phone which stopped my screen from working, they sorted it out instantly and gave me a good price too. The owner of the shop (he was there) he was very respectful as well and treated me like a proper customer, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixing. ~ Haris M

Fixed my daughter's phone and didn't ask me to pay, as a one minute fix, she had not deleted old files and pictures etc, and phone went blank and would not charge. My Google Pixel 6 was not charging or turning on no matter what I tried. I took it in to Shaz, he said it wasn't taking power and would need servicing. Only 20 minutes and £15 later, everything is fixed and working so much better than before. Brilliant service, thank you! Shaz is very friendly and professional. Spot on and great price. I smashed my Pixel 3 screen and went around repair shops for prices and couldn’t believe what I was getting quoted on £250 plus time to fix! Eventually came across this spot and was more than happy with the price and service. Nice one guys ~ Lowerhouses

Samsung tablet wouldn't charge. Dropped tablet off mid afternoon today, was called within an hour to be told problem was fixed and tablet ready to collect. Great service and extremely good value for price too. Would highly recommend this place ~ annmarie j
