I took my mums iPad in to get fixed. Glossop phones went above and beyond to help us. Due to some very difficult family circumstances going on, it was just another headache we needed to sort it with limited time available. I don’t live locally anymore, but after I had left, they helped my mum with anything she needed to get her iPad sorted, were really kind and so, so helpful. My mum wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so, so much. ~ Rebecca A

My Google Pixel 6 was not charging or turning on no matter what I tried. I took it in to Shaz, he said it wasn't taking power and would need servicing. Only 20 minutes and £15 later, everything is fixed and working so much better than before. Brilliant service, thank you! Shaz is very friendly and professional. Spot on and great price. I smashed my Pixel 3 screen and went around repair shops for prices and couldn’t believe what I was getting quoted on £250 plus time to fix! Eventually came across this spot and was more than happy with the price and service. Nice one guys ~ Lowerhouses
